Principle Introduction
The metal is melted by induction and then poured onto a thin metal strip. The strip is mounted on an ultrasonic generator, which vibrates it at ultrasonic frequency. The vibration causes the molten metal formed on the strip to oscillate and separate, breaking it down into small particles.
