【Product Overview】:Utilizing aerodynamic screening, this mini negative-pressure airflow sieve prevents agglomeration and ensures good sample dispersion. It is specifically designed for the screening and analysis of low-density, easily agglomerated fine particles. Compatible with analytical sieves of 10 μm and above, the screening process is gentle and requires no non-mechanical auxiliary components. The average screening time is 2–3 minutes. It can be used with a manually adjustable industrial exhaust system or optionally with an automatic exhaust system, providing continuous airflow to ensure repeatable screening results.

Principle Introduction
The vacuum system is connected to the sieve, creating a negative-pressure environment inside the sieve chamber. Due to the pressure difference, a strong airflow is generated at the nozzle, which is directed onto the screen surface and then drawn through the mesh openings. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass with the airflow through the openings and are collected by the vacuum or a cyclone separator. The airflow helps to disperse the particles and also cleans the screen.
