At the same time, it retains the classic flower-disc adjustment structure, achieving simultaneous improvements in screening accuracy and processing capacity.

Principle Introduction
The Navector High-Speed Screening Machine utilizes low-frequency, high-speed vibration technology combined with a 0–3000 rpm stepless speed control system, enabling materials to disperse rapidly across the screen surface and pass through the mesh efficiently. For ultrafine powders that are prone to agglomeration and mesh blinding, the machine improves screening efficiency and classification accuracy by optimizing material movement trajectories and screening conditions.
Combined with the high-performance Magnetet screen mesh, the system minimizes mesh blinding and particle lodging while extending screen service life. While maintaining high screening accuracy, it delivers greater processing capacity and continuous stable operation, making it particularly suitable for precision screening and classification of ultrafine powders in lithium battery, solid-state battery, and related industries.
