<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Principle Introduction</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">The motor generates kinetic energy during operation, causing the machine body to vibrate and drive the material across single or multiple screen decks. The material is separated into different particle size fractions or impurities are removed from slurries. During the screening process, the material rolls across the screen surface, allowing it to pass through the mesh more smoothly.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">The ultrasonic screen-cleaning system superimposes a high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration onto the screen surface. Ultra-fine powders are subjected to strong ultrasonic acceleration, keeping the material in a suspended state on the screen. This effectively suppresses mesh-blocking factors such as adhesion, friction, flattening, and particle wedging, thereby improving screening efficiency and screen-cleaning performance. It addresses screening challenges associated with strong adhesion, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high fineness, high density, and low bulk density materials.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">By simulating manual sieving motion, the screen combines circular movement with an upward tossing motion through adjustments to eccentricity, radial movement, and tangential angle. This creates a three-dimensional tumbling motion with both horizontal and throwing components. Material is evenly distributed across the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge and travels axially in a spiral pattern, thereby completing the fine particle screening process.</p>
