Principle Introduction

The main operating principle of this silver paste filtration machine is to automatically achieve material filtration through pressurized filtration combined with ultrasonic vibration technology. The equipment is designed with an agitator blade system; when impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter mesh, they are stripped off. Solid particles remain on the filter mesh, while the liquid passes through it. During the filtration process, as solid particles accumulate, the mesh openings gradually become clogged, increasing resistance. The ultrasonic vibration accelerates the movement of particles on the screen, speeds up solid–liquid separation, and improves filtration speed, thereby enhancing overall production efficiency and ensuring continuous online filtration of the machine.
