Principle Introduction
Under pressure, the material enters the conveying pipeline from the sending tank. Compressed air is controlled by a solenoid valve that opens and closes at a certain frequency to generate a pulsed airflow (air knife). With the airflow pressure (air knife pressure) exceeding the pressure inside the sending tank, the material is cut into material plugs.
Relying on the static pressure difference before and after the material plugs as the driving force, the material is pushed forward along the pipeline. Upon reaching the separation device, gas-solid separation is carried out: the material falls into the storage bin, while the gas is discharged into the atmosphere, thus completing the conveying process.
