NPFS Series Fine Suspension Sieve

NPFS Series Fine Suspension Sieve

【Material Requirements】:Screening of spherical, rod-shaped, flake-shaped, columnar, fragile, and irregularly shaped particles in large-scale industrial production

【Product Overview】:The NPFS Fine Suspension Sieve is a large-scale screening machine designed for particle separation, featuring a substantial screening area. It is capable of handling spherical, rod-shaped, flake-shaped, columnar, fragile, and irregularly shaped particles in large-scale industrial production.

Product Introduction

Principle Introduction

Based on the principle of manual sieving, the screen performs a low-speed horizontal rotary motion. Material movement in the suspension screen starts as a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually transitions into an elliptical motion along the screen length, and finally becomes an approximate reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. This extended screening trajectory ensures high-precision separation.

Equipment Advantages

  • Material spreads and layers quickly upon entering the screen, allowing fine particles to settle and pass through rapidly
  • Ingenious elastic ball cleaning system prevents mesh clogging and loosens agglomerated material
  • Operates smoothly at low frequency, minimizing vertical bouncing, extending material travel on the screen, and improving screening accuracy
  • Dedicated drive system ensures long-term, trouble-free operation with smooth start-up, strong performance, low energy consumption, and low noise
  • Wide applicability, capable of high-precision, efficient screening of various granular materials

Applications

Used across multiple industries—including chemicals, food, sugar production, ceramsite, mining, metallurgy, feed, pharmaceuticals, building materials, mining, grains, and paper—handling high-capacity granular screening. Single-unit throughput can reach up to 365 tons per hour.
