NCF Series Centrifugal Screen

NCF Series Centrifugal Screen

【Material Requirements】:Rapid screening of light materials, fine powders, and ultrafine powders

【Product Overview】:The NCF Series Centrifugal Screen is designed and manufactured by Navector to address screening challenges such as lightweight materials, easy agglomeration, low melting points, high static electricity, and mesh clogging caused by material adhering to the back of the screen after passing through. It uses airflow to drive particle separation and can be combined with an ultrasonic system to effectively solve issues such as screen blinding and low screening efficiency.

Product Introduction

Principle Introduction

The screen is a cylindrical mesh placed inside the machine body. Material, mixed and atomized with airflow via a screw conveyor system, enters the cylinder. Inside, the material is subjected simultaneously to centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion generated by the internal rotor blades. Fine particles pass through the mesh and exit via the fine material outlet, while oversized or unprocessed material moves along the cylinder wall and is discharged through the coarse material outlet.

Equipment Advantages

  • More effective processing of difficult-to-screen materials when combined with an ultrasonic system
  • Strong and efficient screen-cleaning capability, extending screen service life
  • External transducer design prevents material contamination during screening
  • Capable of re-pulverizing agglomerated material

Applications

Widely used for rapid screening of lightweight or fine powders, as well as ultra-fine powders, in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, food, metal powders, and non-metallic materials.
