Factory Inspection of the Double Ribbon Mixer
Each mixer must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer’s quality inspection department and accompanied by a certificate of conformity before delivery.
Prior to shipment, each mixer shall undergo a 30-minute no-load test at rated speed and meet the following requirements:
- Stable and normal operation without abnormal noise; control mechanisms must be flexible and reliable.
- No loosening of connections or fasteners.
- For mass-produced units, at least two mixers per year shall be randomly inspected and tested in accordance with JB/T 9820.3, and the results shall comply with Clause 3.4.
- Upon delivery, the purchaser shall inspect and accept the product according to this standard. If the product fails to meet requirements, the manufacturer shall repair and resubmit it for acceptance. Under the condition that the user operates the mixer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual, the manufacturer shall provide repair, replacement, or return within one year from the date of purchase if damage is caused by manufacturing defects.
- The quality of the paint coating shall be inspected in accordance with JB/T 5673.
Application Fields
Widely used in pesticides, veterinary drugs, food products, chemicals, biotechnology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, and other industries for solid–solid (powder–powder) and solid–slurry (powder–paste) mixing. It is particularly suitable for blending viscous materials.
