NCS Series Inline Sieve

NCS Series Inline Sieve
【Material Requirements】:Heavy or light powders, coarse or fine particles, dry or wet materials, as well as paste-like or liquid materials
【Product Overview】:The NCS Series Inline Sieve is a versatile, low-profile screening machine developed by Navector to meet industrial production needs. Its operating mode can be adjusted according to specific materials, making it suitable for foreign matter removal, buffering, oversize separation, uniform feeding, and mixing. With direct material discharge, it offers high processing capacity.
Product Introduction
Principle Introduction
The vibration motor uses two sets of eccentric (unbalanced) weights mounted at the upper and lower ends of the shaft to convert rotational motion into a combination of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal forces. These combined forces are transmitted to the screen surface to achieve effective screening. By adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the excitation force and the material’s movement trajectory can be precisely controlled.
Equipment Advantages
- Low height and compact size, suitable for limited spaces and easy to move
- Fully enclosed structure with low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency
- Optimized dual-motor balanced design with adjustable screening modes
- Easy to assemble and disassemble; internal and external surfaces are easy to clean with no sanitary dead corners
- Screened material is discharged directly downward from the center of the machine, facilitating integration with production lines
Applications
It is widely used for particle processing in industries such as chemicals, granular explosives, flour, starch, detergents, bread crumbs, metal powders, additives, and non-metallic minerals. It is especially suitable for the food industry, where it effectively removes hard foreign objects and other impurities to help prevent accidents.
