Principle Introduction
Material from the raw material bin is fed via a pneumatic butterfly valve into the main machine. Inside the machine, the material is deagglomerated through opposing Laval nozzles. After deagglomeration, the material is classified by the grading wheel and then subjected to forced classification by the next grading wheel. Coarse powder is discharged from the bottom of the main machine via dual manual butterfly valves after dispersion, while fine powder is collected through a cyclone separator. Solid-gas separation is achieved using a pulse dust collector.
