Principle Introduction

The drive system generates a vibrational force in the form of a regularly varying inertial force, produced by the rotation of eccentric wheels around a fixed axis. The screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or with a slight inclination. When the machine starts, the shaking body moves back and forth under the action of the inertial force, causing the screen box to oscillate periodically. This makes the material on the screen perform a planar rotary motion along with the screen box, completing the screening process.
